Camascope Confirmed as NHSX supplier of Remote Patient Monitoring

Remote monitoring can be applied to various healthcare contexts and Camascope’s Remote Monitoring product is being used to help patients manage their long-term conditions in their homes.

NHS Approval

Healthcare Technology specialists, VCare Systems, are delighted to announce their inclusion of within NHSX’s Spark Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Remote Monitoring. The SPARK DPS, run by the Crown Commercial Services (CCS), aims to support organisations with the procurement of remote monitoring solutions. 

Remote monitoring, supported by localised NHS expertise, will allow patients and the wider population to receive safe and convenient levels of care within their place of residence. 

Remote monitoring can be applied to various healthcare contexts and VCare’s Remote Monitoring product is being used to help patients manage their long-term conditions in their homes. Additionally, the solution is being utilised to help support joined-up healthcare in care homes by linking a clinical team to the healthcare information of care home residents.

Total Patient Context

VCare’s vision is to record total patient context, by uniting important elements of a person’s health within a central system. The company uniquely record medicine adherence alongside physiological data. All information is shared automatically with a patient’s clinical team, promoting a common healthcare language.

Streamlined Procurement

The SPARK DPS framework streamlines the procurement process for health and social care organisations and enables commissioners within NHS England and NHS Improvement, alongside social care organisations, CCGs, PCNs and NHS Trusts to complete the procurement process quickly and simply.
